The Director General of the Ministry of Health and Social Development inspected the blood bank at El-Obeid University Hospital and promised to meet the needs of the bank.
As part of the interest of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of North Kordofan State to improve services in health facilities in the state.
The Director General of the State Ministry of Health and Social Development, Dr. Iman Malik, presented herself at the blood bank services level of Al-Obeid University Hospital. She was accompanied during the visit by the director of the state Department of Health and Social Development. Laboratories and Blood Banks, the Director of Hospitals and Health Centers, the Administrative Director of the Ministry of Health and the Director of Al-Obeid University Hospital.
Dr. Iman Malek explained the purpose of the visit to determine the level of services and needs of the blood bank and to highlight the quality of service provided to the citizen.
She was able to meet the bank's urgent refrigeration and air conditioning needs.
Al-Moez Muhammad Hammad, director of the state's laboratories and blood banks, said the bank provides services to all health institutions in the state.
He highlighted the magnitude of the challenges facing the bank's work, in addition to the urgent need that the Director General of the Ministry of Health and Social Development responded to, as part of his interest in quality service.
