Vice-president of the Sovereignty Council visits Russia
Deputy Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander Malik Aqar Air, today visited the Russian city of Saint Petersburg on an official visit that will last several days to participate in the activities of the twenty-seventh session of the International Economic Forum. in St. Petersburg, accompanied during the visit by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Finance and Mines.
He was welcomed at Port Sudan International Airport by the Secretary General of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Mohamed Al-Ghali Ali Youssef.
During the visit, His Excellency will speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the evolution of bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them, as well as on the evolution of the current war and its impact on the regional and international environment.
