Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, received on the occasion a congratulatory telegram from the President of the Libyan State, Dr. Muhammad Youssef Al-Manfi. of Eid Al-Adha.
His Excellency expressed his wishes for good health and happiness to the President of the Sudanese Sovereignty and People's Council, asking God to return this occasion to all Arab and Islamic people with kindness, righteousness and blessings.
