Third Division Shendi: Talk of an expected attack and sleeper cells is part of psychological warfare
The head of the Operations Division of the 3rd Infantry Division, Jibril Awad Mudawi, said that the increasing discussions about an expected attack on Shendi and the discussions about the large number of sleeper cells there are part of the psychological warfare broadcast by the enemy newsrooms. The security situation in Shendi is stable and optimal.
Colonel Jibril stressed that the forces, whatever they are, do not reveal their movements and that if the enemy arrives anywhere and at any time, he will find among us only death.
He stressed that the enemy only has to rely on the weapon of rumor and the means of communication to sow fear and destabilize by spreading lies, and this is within its power, because reality refutes it and it does not need an answer.
Gabriel explained that everything the enemy does in this direction and elsewhere is nothing but massacred fear.
In another sense, a number of traders in the Shendi Grand Market confirmed that they are fully prepared to participate in the security operation and that arrangements have been made in this regard to fill the gaps and intensify surveillance so as to prevent many phenomena that could constitute a danger and an indicator of a security failure.
They announced the formation of committees within the market with specific tasks to monitor all negative phenomena and eliminate them once and for all, and that this committee has contacts with the relevant authorities to complete the roles of strengthening the security situation.
