Shendi Locality Executive Director Witnesses Work on New Land Port and Relocation of Buses and Coaches, Confirms Commitment to Providing Services to Passengers

The Executive Director of Shendi Locality, Mr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the Security Committee, witnessed the work in the new land port and the deportation of buses and buses to the Shendi land port, north of Al-Corn Hospital, in the presence of the Security Committee, the Director of the General Administration of Engineering Affairs and the Supervisor of the Organization and Arrangement of the Site and the Travel Bus Hall, the Executive Director said that the new land port contributes to eliminating traffic jams and reducing traffic jams in the city, as well as provisions for the control and monitoring of internal parking lots in order to control sleeper cells and foreign presence, in addition to organizing and controlling the movements of vehicles in circulation and relieving pressure on internal parking lots. Khaled stressed the local willingness to provide everything. services to travelers and provide them with means of comfort and ordered the security and police agencies to prevent the parking of vehicles outside the port and to intensify the control of entry and exit movements, especially since the locality is carrying out major campaigns to eliminate negative phenomena and violations that pose a threat to the security of citizens, in addition to the major campaigns carried out by the locality to stop sleeper cells.

The local police director, Brigadier General Ezzedine Mohamed Idris, also ordered the police services to increase the sense of security of citizens and stop sleeper cells, stressing the readiness of the security forces to confront any attempt at treason or betrayal.

While the official in charge of the organization and development of the land port, Dr. Rasha Ali Muhammad Khair, confirmed the locality's readiness to provide all services and said that this port is a real addition to the locality.

While the representative of the Chamber of Travel Buses expressed his thanks and appreciation to the locality of Shendi for its concern in establishing the land port, praising the great role of the security and police services and their concern for the security and stability of the locality.
