Red Sea State Governor Chairs State Government Cabinet Meeting – Cabinet approves a number of state laws

*The Acting Governor of the Red Sea State, Major General Mustafa Mohamed Nour Mahmoud, chaired in the Council of Ministers Hall in Port Sudan the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the State Government No. (4/2024 AD) in the presence of the Acting Governor. The Secretary General of the Government, Mr. Fathallah Al-Hajj, the Directors of the General Ministries, the Executive Directors of the Localities and the Legal Advisor.*

*The meeting reviewed a number of state laws and members deliberated on the laws proposed by the state. The Council of Ministers of the state government also unanimously approved the law amending the categories of traffic card fees for the year 2024. approved the law on parking fees in the locality of Port Sudan for the year 2024 AD, and the meeting approved the law on the Land Protection Agency and the removal of violations for the Red Sea State for the year 2024 AD.*

*The meeting discussed the law on fees for permits for delivery of goods by ships transported to their owners in ports for the year 2024 AD. The governor ordered the formation of a specialized committee for review and drafting.*
