A smart partnership between specifications and standards and the Association of Expatriate Journalists of Kassala

The Sudanese Standards and Metrology Authority has agreed with the Kassala State Expatriate Journalists Association to implement participatory media programs to increase consumer awareness.
The Director of Media and Public Relations of the Authority, Dr. Haitham Hassan Abdel Salam, met today, Sunday, in his office, with the delegation of the Association, headed by Zaher Mansour. The meeting discussed a number of projects that the Association could contribute to. Haitham welcomed the delegation and explained the work carried out by the Authority and expressed his pride in its partnership with the media with all its components, he added: “The media has continued to support us in all our programs and projects.” The Director of Media of the Standardization and Metrology Authority announced his welcome to the partnership with the Association and his support for its programs.
For his part, the president of the association, Zaher Mansour, indicated that their visit to the specifications is part of the review of the projects and programs carried out by the authority and the possibility for the association to enter into joint programs with it, welcoming the strong and good relations between the authority and journalists and media professionals, he continued (the doors of the specifications have remained open to us with all love) and revealed that the coming period will see the implementation of a number of joint projects.
The association's delegation included the association's Secretary General Hadia Sabah Al-Khair, the Secretary of Public Relations and Information Al-Fadil Al-Nour, the association's Social Secretary Al-Tayeb Ibrahim, and the Secretary of Membership Affairs Abdullah Muhammad Babiker.
