In the hands of His Excellency the Chief Justice.. *Subject: The health status of Sudanese citizen Bakri Hassan Saleh ✍️ Omar Kabo

*Nightmare*

++ I would like to place in your hands the latest developments in the health condition of the Sudanese citizen Bakri Hassan Saleh, who has remained in detention for almost five years without adequate justification or legal justification, especially since prisoners of conscience and the rest of the accused, even those sentenced to death, have been released according to precise procedures, with ordinary or strict guarantees. Was this a pledge…

++ As he remained one of the five that the authorities arbitrarily and unjustly released under the pretext of flimsy justifications that do not convince ((Dick))…

++ This prisoner suffers from an irregular ((normal)) heart rhythm, which required a long time ago to install a device to regulate it…

++ This device requires periodic review with a private doctor outside Sudan, either to reset it and check its effectiveness, or to replace it completely with another modern device…

++ Since the prison regulations give him full right to treatment under the supervision of his private doctor, the application of the law becomes the center of the work of the judicial authority, which intervenes each time it notes negligence, transgression or waste in its application, or a counterfeit and insult to its texts…

++ This is not what prompted me to approach you in court by issuing your directives to authorize him to travel outside the country to receive the necessary care, because I have confidence in my business that you will not do that…

++ What prompted me to do this were two things:

The first: This is to establish the argument against you before God on the day the eyes are diagnosed. Why did you not visit him and determine his health condition before and after the war???!!!

++ You will ask: Why did you not follow the biographies of Maulana Jalal al-Din Muhammad Othman, Maulana Muhammad Hamad Abu Sun and Maulana Dr. Haider during their field visit to all the prisons in Sudan???!!! While it was a regular annual visit of the Chief Justice at the end of each year announcing the release of a large number of convicts…

++ You will ask: Have you not heard that the Chief Justice visits the prisons every year and releases those who have served half their sentence and are of good moral character???!!!

++ You will ask on that day: Have you not heard that there is a directive issued by the Chief Justice requiring the heads of state agencies to visit and inspect prisons for such a case???!!!

++ The second thing: it is to challenge public opinion, convinced that the mission of the media is to uncover the sources of error and transgression and to give citizens ownership of the truth. Therefore, you must bear all the consequences of the worsening of the health condition of this prisoner according to your legal responsibility for monitoring and supervising these prisons, which is actually one of the powers of the police, with full subordination, except for the power to imprison and renew arrested persons, which is your authority. . No person, whatever his position, can challenge this authority and jurisdiction to you…

++ For the benefit of the dear reader, rivers of ink have flowed, and memos have been written by defense attorneys demanding their release or provisional authorization for treatment in hospitals willing to receive their condition…

++ It is not valid to claim that they were placed at the Wadi Saydna base to secure them, and they are the ones who suffer the most today from the lack of necessary medical care, and not from any shortcoming in the treatment of a doctor, but rather because the hospital is not prepared to receive their cases, including the detainee Bakri Hassan Saleh…

++ Dear reader, we regret that our armed forces write in their history that their commander-in-chief and many of their senior officials and great officers remained in detention during this entire period by decision of a subsequent commander who forgot in an instant that the honor of seniority takes precedence over all considerations and that the honor of camaraderie transcends all decisions…

++ Look back at the history of all the great armies, who refused to insult their commander-in-chief, because of course it is considered an insult to them. How, for God's sake, could I arrest a man under whose command I worked for many years, who treated me kindly, introduced me and honored me by being the Inspector General of the Armed Forces???!!!

++ Oh my God, I testify before You, Your creation, bearers of Your throne, Your angels and Your books, that I addressed the Chief Justice, urging him to use the powers granted to him to allow the Sudanese citizen, Bakri Hassan Saleh, to travel or hand him over to his family… I only did what my conscience dictated to me in an attempt to save a Muslim soul surrounded by danger and the deterioration of his general health…

++ Thus, we have made him face his responsibilities, which he has continued to evade. It is enough to see the difficult and miserable situation that judges are experiencing in terms of economic and living conditions without paying them the slightest attention…

++ The judges of Sudan are a group of pure and pious people, whose adornment is chastity, integrity, piety and knowledge which prevent them from putting themselves in places of doubt, suspicion and prohibition. So why does the Chief Justice stand by and observe their suffering without making any effort to help them overcome the crisis in order to protect them from the humiliation of the question and the embarrassment of the circumstance??!!!

++ Bakri Hassan Saleh is a respected national symbol. No suspicion surrounded him and no misstep diminished his value. Throughout his long and excellent years of service, he was an immortal symbol of the disciplined officer and the great and proud statesman. eager to protect his country and his people. May God heal him and grant him health and prolong his life according to his obedience and satisfaction. He does not deserve this unjust and petty treatment.
