Search for “Education in a dire situation”… A university college imposes $1,000 on the certificate…! – #The_Other_Dimension – ✍️ Musaab Brier

» After our article on the chaos of university fees, we noticed a good movement from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, where a workshop was held for Sudanese universities in Cairo. The exorbitant university fees were among the agendas that were circulating. After that, we reported to the media that the Vice President of the Sovereignty Council, Malik Aqar Air, promised to sponsor and support students who were insolvent due to the war and displacement in the same meeting with the MP, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Mohamed Hassan Dahab, announced the formation of a committee to review and approve unified fees for student services in Sudanese public and private universities.

“Did you know, Minister, that one of the private university colleges charged a fee in dollars for student services and published it on its website, in which the certificate fee was $1,000, the general certificate fee was $500, the registration certificate fee (paper money) was $300, and the regular paper fee was $200, as well as the declaration fee (diploma, language of study, regular studies and good conduct) was $200. There is no power nor might except in God, the Most High, the Great.

“Did you know, Mr. Minister, that public universities have imposed a fee of 500 thousand pounds on students from foreign universities to register there at a rate of 40%. This is a strange decision to which we will devote a special column, God willing? They have also imposed 50,000 pounds for each student from foreign universities who takes exams in their classrooms belonging to the Sudanese government?! What is disgusting is that one of the foreign universities that was examining its students in one of these state universities has delayed paying part of its debt, and expulsion from the examination rooms has been the fate of its students, one of the distinguished professors told me. that they had rented a property to take the exams, which was cheaper than the costs imposed by this university and all the accompanying services that are not available in the university in question. What is happening in our public universities, Mr. Minister. .?!”

After the last one:

In short, God bless you, Sudanese people. When we took our students out of universities in search of freedom, peace and justice, we chanted in the face of our critics, hoping for the promised future: “No education in a bad situation.”, and here we are today looking for “an education in a bad situation.” We find it, and finally, Mr. Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, where are the conclusions of the commission for the unification of university service rates in light of the war that you promised us?!

I didn't get it without God revealing it

God is enough and yes, the agent

O God, impose not on us, because of our sins, those who do not fear You for us and have no mercy on us, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
