The President of the Sovereignty Council travels to Kigali to participate in the investiture ceremony of the Rwandan President
The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, today travelled to the Rwandan capital, Kigali, to attend the inauguration ceremony of Rwandan President Paul Kagame.
He was accompanied to Port Sudan airport by Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Acting Prime Minister-designate Othman Hussein and Lt. Gen. Muhammad Al-Ghali Ali Youssef, Secretary-General of the Sovereignty Council. And a number of distinguished ministers.
The President of the Sovereignty Council is accompanied on his visit to Rwanda by the Director of the General Intelligence Service, Lieutenant-General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal.
