-Everyone knows for sure what resulted from the war and its negative effects on all public institutions of the state and on private property, especially in the state of Khartoum, in terms of looting, destruction and sabotage. Even higher education institutions were not spared from the falsification of the then Tatars, who attacked universities and their colleges and used them as military barracks after wreaking havoc, and the headquarters of the Council for the Regulation of the Legal Profession was not isolated from what happened, as all its equipment was looted and destroyed.
And his furniture. Any discerning person knows these violations and has witnessed them everywhere.
Since the decision to reconstitute the legal profession in May 2024, the Legal Profession Regulatory Council has been diligently striving and exerting all its efforts to rectify what can be corrected by addressing all the eminent professors who received the answer books for the candidates in October 2022 session inside and outside Sudan and who graciously wrote reports on the situation, each correction is made according to the article he corrects, and those who confirmed that these booklets were lost due to the looting and plundering to which their colleges were subjected, which became barracks of these thugs, and that the electronic devices located at the headquarters of the Council, where part of the results were monitored, were also destroyed and looted.
Thanks to these efforts, thanks to God, the Council managed to restore the website of certificates and results of previous courses approved by the Council, and the site was ready after the specialists in this field made great efforts and overcame all difficulties regarding the site.
For all that is mentioned; The Legal Profession Regulatory Council regrets and is proud of our students for taking the decision to cancel the October 2022 session (ASAS) after it proved impossible to publish the results of this session due to the looting and vandalism of the answer books and devices. for the control of the results emptied by the rebel rapid support forces and out of a sense of responsibility towards the legal profession as with all professions related to society, which can only obtain a license to practice after ensuring the validity of the examiner and. that he is worthy of practicing this profession. He is inevitably either the pious judge, or the advisor, or the distinguished lawyer of a bright Sudan and a promising future, God willing.
