National People's Resistance Leader Visits Northern State

As part of his visits to the States, the leader of the National Popular Resistance arrived for a multi-day visit to the localities of Al-Dabba and Dongola.

The Popular Mobilization and Resistance Committee of the North received the federal delegation of the Popular Resistance visiting the state, in the presence of the representative of the governor of the Northern State, Mr. Awad al-Karim Rabie, the executive director of the locality of Dongola, Dr. Makkawi al-Khair and a group of leaders of security, police, executive, finance and women.

The Secretary General to the Government, representing the Northern State Governor, addressed the crowd that received the delegation, welcoming the visiting delegation led by Major General Maash Bashir Makki.

Stressing that the popular resistance is the safety valve of Sudan and constitutes support and backing for the Sudanese armed forces.

Brandishing the slogan One army, one people

For his part, His Excellency Major General Bashir Makki began his speech with the slogan of popular resistance (God, the nation, the people).

We appreciate the role played by the people of Al-Dabbah, who are fully prepared to face any enemy.

Welcoming the role of the popular resistance in the locality of Al-Dabba and that it constitutes a living example and a model on the ground of the popular resistance

He confirmed that he had inspected all the regions and what he had seen confirmed their willingness to defend the land and honor.

Sending greetings from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces to the people of the North

In the same context, His Excellency Major General Dr. Abdul Rahman Faqiri, Vice President of the Popular Resistance, expressed his joy at the arrival of the Popular Mobilization and Resistance delegation in Sudan.

He indicated that the delegation was received in the locality of Al-Dabba to learn about the work on the ground and assess the work of the popular resistance.

Suggesting that the visit should be organized and arranged to protect the state from all dangers
