Shindi Executive: Conflicts within institutions kill the spirit of creativity at work

The Executive Director of Shindi Locality, Khaled Abdul Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, said that job satisfaction is achieved through common factors that start with the worker or employee himself and the work environment in all its meanings and end with the structures and legislation that govern the service in the public and private sectors and ensure justice and equal opportunities.
Addressing the Quality Forum organized by the Locality Quality Council, titled Job Satisfaction and Burnout, Khaled added that one of the manifestations of job dissatisfaction is the conflicts that arise between employees of the same institution due to unfair competition or misunderstanding among employees of certain procedures, which reduces production. Creativity is inhibited within the organization or in any workplace.
He pointed out that the penetration of employment is largely explained by the fact that many employees hold certain jobs on a temporary basis and then move to another place that matches their ambitions, while others hold jobs that do not match their specializations. The media has raised the ambitions of workers and increased their dreams, but this was one of the reasons for the penetration of the labor market and dissatisfaction with it.
He said that job satisfaction and working to develop it are one of the indicators of job satisfaction.
Shindi locality executive director Khaled Abdul Ghaffar Al-Sheikh confirmed
Satisfaction is achieved through training and qualitative training which helps in elevating the capabilities and increases the capacities of the employees of the organization in order to improve the level of service provided to the beneficiaries in the required manner.
