Shendi Locality Executive Director and Second Commander of 3rd Infantry Division Inaugurate Al-Tohamy Specialized Hospital in Shendi

Today, the city of Shendi witnessed the opening of Al-Tohamy Specialized Hospital in the presence of Mr. Executive Director of Shendi locality, Mr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, and Mr. Executive Director of Al-Mattama locality, Mr. Mubarak. Fadl Idris.
Major General Omar Al-Sir, deputy commander of the 3rd Infantry Division, the local security committee, a group of doctors, field medical personnel, university professors and a large group of notables in the localities of Shendi and Al-Mattama.
Mr. Dr. Muhammad Abdel Qader spoke about the roles played by Al-Tohamy and Al-Roumi hospitals in terms of quality, performance, selection of the best doctors and specialists, modern equipment and advanced laboratories that reduce the burden of traveling outside the state for the citizen.
Major General Omar Al-Sir, the second commander of the division, spoke about the distinguished medical services provided by the medical workers and praised their efforts. He also urged hospital owners to show consideration for citizens in order to reduce costs. He announced to everyone the imminent victory and that the armed forces continue to achieve victory, God willing. He then thanked the family of El-Tohamy Medical Hospital, had mercy on the martyrs of duty and the nation, and wished recovery of the sick and wounded during the operations.
Through the section “Loyalty to the people who give”, the people involved in this project, some of the notables of the city of Shendi, the brilliant student Mahad who won the first place in the basic level examinations, and some doctors were honored.
The Executive Director of Shendi Locality, Mr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, addressed the honorable assembly, thanking the Al-Tohamy Hospital family for choosing Shendi city to establish this hospital and committed to providing all aids. The locality hosts a large group of patients and displaced people and provides them with shelter, housing, food and other services. He said that this hospital is considered an important event for the locality of Shendi and Matama, which reduces the travel costs for treatment, and thanks to those involved in this matter.
