Dalqo Locality Executive Director Inspects National Road Blocked by Torrents and Rain
This morning, the Executive Director of Dalgo locality, Mr. Mudassir Sharaf al-Din, inspected the national road connecting Dongola and Halfa, which was blocked by torrents and rains that swept the locality of Dalgo since yesterday evening until this morning, which led to the interruption of the flow of works in the two areas at kilometer 612 in the Kada region and at kilometer 597 in the Kadha region.
For his part, the executive director of Dalqo locality said that the rains and torrents have caused the cutting of about fifty meters of the road in the Kadda area, at kilometer 612, which is a drain for torrential and rainwater, which is of great force and that it is on the right track without any danger, as well as in the Sebo area, at kilometer 597 of the Dongola national road, and calls on vehicle drivers not to move, whether from Halfa or Dongola, until the treatment is completed and to wait. He appeals to the National Roads and Bridges Authority for the state apparatus to carry out the required treatment in the Sebu area and rectify the situation in the Kada area, and this treatment currently presents many risks. way to the site of the event until the situation is rectified and do everything necessary to resume the road to work.
