Mubarak Al-Fadil.. and the Indian Crane – beyond the news – ✍️ Muhammad Wadaa

*The United Arab Emirates is the official sponsor of the militia and owns (100%) the dissolution papers*

*The Sudanese Armed Forces did not announce that they had signed the Manama Agreement, and in fact they did not sign it*

*The framework agreement integration matrix leads to an army with a majority of rapid support forces within (10) years.*

*The framework agreement procedures in which the militia shares with the army the general staff, division chiefs, weapons, companies and assets,*

*Any merger agreement without a matrix means nothing,*

Mubarak Al-Fadil said: “The speech of the women of Goz Hindi in Al-Burhan is like the silent conscience of the nation demanding an end to the war that impoverished people, displaced them and killed their children. The women spontaneously cried. “Burhan, stop the war.” “Burhan, we are orphans.” “Burhan, we sleep on the streets.” “Burhan, the war has ended for a year.” And accompanied by these fervent cries, what the women of Goz Hindi were shouting expresses the opinion of the silent majority in Sudan, which was clearly expressed in the statement of our political bureau in the Umma Party, in which Al-Burhan advised to participate in the Geneva Congress. negotiations to agree on the implementation of the results of the Jeddah Declaration. I have reread the three peace agreements signed between the delegation of the Sudanese Armed Forces and the delegation of the Rapid Support Forces in Jeddah and Manama, and I bear witness to them. his texts manage to preserve the Sudanese state and preserve the unity and professionalism of the Sudanese army and save the Sudanese people from homelessness, poverty and humiliation), until he said (the delegation of the Sudanese army will not participate in the Geneva platform and will continue to Declaring war for years is a major mistake that risks the disappearance of the Sudanese state and threatens the unity of the Sudanese armed forces in itself. It also expresses contempt for the tragedy that the Sudanese people are experiencing. The position regarding the participation of the United Arab Emirates in the mediation to end the war and implement the Jeddah Declaration to protect the Sudanese people and save them from homelessness will not serve the interests of Sudan, because the United Arab Emirates, with its influence on rapid support, represents 50% of the solution.

First of all, Mr. Mubarak knows that the framework agreement included provisions on the unity and professionalism of the army, and he also knows the procedures it provided for regarding the duration and method of achieving this (so-called) professional army, and he had to review these procedures and ensure that they would not lead to an army whose majority would be composed of (Rapid Support Forces) within (10) years, these are procedures in which the militia shares with the army the staff, the divisional leadership, the weapons, the companies, and its assets, and Mubarak knows for sure the plans of the Rapid Support Militia to take power since 2022 AD, and he is aware of the complicity and participation of the political and civilian leaders in this, and he spoke about it in television interviews.

The Sudanese armed forces did not announce that they had signed the Manama agreement, and in fact they did not sign it, otherwise many parties would have asked them to implement the (Manama) agreement, just as the armed forces adhere to the Jeddah agreement and demand its implementation before joining the Geneva negotiations, and it should have demanded the implementation of the Jeddah agreement or at least demanded that the militias announce their commitment to implement it, in addition to the commitment and guarantee of the Geneva mediators.

We do not agree with Mr. Mubarak that the UAE holds (50%) of the solution. Mr. Mubarak himself has repeatedly stated that the government should negotiate directly with the UAE because they hold (00%) of the solution, and this is his opinion. of experts and politicians around the world, in addition to this, it has become the conviction of all Sudanese people. The UAE is the official sponsor of the militia, provides it with all kinds of weapons and money, recruits mercenaries from neighboring countries. and creates political support for it that defends its crimes.

Mr. Mubarak has created a role for himself since the emergence of Geneva, and we see that all his tweets are addressed to the leaders of the armed forces, sometimes in the form of advice, sometimes warnings, emphasizing the need to participate in the Geneva negotiations, and perhaps including criticism, such as his statement (that not going to Geneva represents… a mistake and imprudence in relation to the tragedy that the Sudanese people are experiencing), and we can only blame him in the context of eschewing all political caution, because these advices and warnings would have found an echo if he had addressed them directly to those who hold the decision-making power. Perhaps announcing them in this way will ensure that their mail reaches other parties. a stone, and there is no doubt that he missed one of the birds.

Mubarak lacked political logic and sound analysis, and he found support for his argument only among the women of the Indian Goose.
