Vice President of Sovereignty Council Meets Al-Hawazma Coordination Committee
The Deputy Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander Malik Aqar Air, stressed the need for concerted government and popular efforts to establish community peace and security and promote peaceful coexistence among all components of Sudanese society.
During his meeting in his office in Port Sudan today, His Excellency briefed the delegation of Al-Hawazma Coordination led by Dr. Saeed Habibullah Saeed, Secretary General of the Coordination, on the plans and programs undertaken by the Coordination, especially the efforts made to open the road connecting Kosti, Al-Obeid, Dilling and Kadugli.
For his part, Dr. Saeed explained that the delegation affirmed Al-Hawazma's support and advocacy for the armed forces and stood alongside them in a trench to eliminate the rebel terrorist militia, affirm the legitimacy of the state and denounce the violations and atrocities committed by the terrorist militias against citizens and the destruction of state institutions.
Dr. Saeed explained that the Vice President of the Sovereignty Council is committed to overcoming all obstacles and challenges encountered in implementing future activities and programs so that the Coordination Council can fulfill its role in providing assistance and social services to citizens.
