River Nile State Ministry of Health reports new cholera cases

The River Nile State Ministry of Health has announced the recording of new cholera cases in the daily report prepared by the Investigation and Information Section of the Department of Emergency Management and Epidemic Control.

According to the report, the state recorded 100 new cases of cholera

The highest cases were recorded in the locality of Al-Damer, 44 cases, followed by the locality of Atbara, 30 cases, then the Berber locality, 20 cases, the locality of Shendi, 4 cases, one case in the locality of Al-Matma, one case crossing the road and the The number of people hospitalized in isolation centers reached 158 cases.

The cumulative number of infections in the state reached 1,250 cases and the number of deaths reached 4 cases, bringing the cumulative number of deaths to 44 cases, and the cumulative number of recoveries increased to 1,048 cases.
