Dalgo CEO meets with team unit department heads

The Executive Director of Dalqo Locality, Mr. Mudassir Sharaf Al-Din, met with the directors of departments and sections in the team, in the presence of the Financial Director of the locality, Mr. Shams Al-Din Muhammad, and the Director of the team unit, Mr. Muhammad Mutawakil. The meeting discussed the progress of the work as well as the obstacles they face in the team unit.

For his part, the executive director of Dalqo locality said that a detailed report was heard to discuss the progress of the work and the obstacles that hinder the work of the unit, in addition to the progress of the work of managing accounts, collection and evaluation and evaluating resources during the previous period, and that the financial performance of the unit is low and is due to the scarcity of resources in the unit, and that the locality supports them to supplement the deficiencies of the unit

He said the work of the unit is progressing well in all departments and divisions.

He stressed that there are some obstacles that hinder the work of the unit and that they will be overcome through the development of an action plan in the coming period.

For his part, the financial director of the locality said that the aspects of financial and administrative performance in collecting the unit's revenues and the obstacles they face due to the lack of sufficient mechanisms and collectors and how to overcome them were discussed with the director of the unit. collection and recovery and the financial controller of the unit, hoping that the increase in revenues would occur in the third and fourth quarters.

For his part, the director of a team unit said he had discussed with the executive director the obstacles to work in the departments and the lack of structure, and that he had promised to resolve them.

For his part, the unit's Director of Agriculture, Mr. Abu Hanifa Sharif, said that the unit of the team depends on agriculture as a basic resource and preparations have started early for the winter season by developing a plan and we seek to increase productivity and crop areas and provide production inputs of fertilizers and seeds in addition to paying attention to agricultural extension.

He expressed his thanks to the Executive Director for his promise to remove all obstacles that hinder the success of the winter season.

It is worth noting that a team unit consists of eighteen sheikhs, starting with a team and ending with a team.
