Resumption of publication of the Official Journal of the Legal Department – Northern State
The Northern State Law Department has resumed publication of the Official Gazette
Maulana Magda Farah, Acting Head of the Legal Department, said that the importance of the journal is that it includes all decisions, decrees and procedures related to the state labor system and is a reference for all state judicial agencies.
She indicated that the published tenth schedule contains a number of laws, decisions of the governor, names of companies, partnerships, companies, licenses, legal certificates and corrections of names, in addition to budgetary laws and laws accompanying the August amendment for the year 2024. .
