As part of efforts to combat epidemics and diseases in Al-Dabbah locality, the Al-Dabbah administrative unit was established in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce, regular agencies, popular resistance , the strategic battalion, the Sudanese Red Crescent, the city youth and the neighborhood committees of the city of Al-Dabbah.

The campaign targeted residential neighborhoods, markets and gatherings with the aim of promoting health and eliminating disease vectors.

He pointed out that the campaign started a few days ago in the locality and that there is a reduction in disease vectors, thanks to intensive environmental sanitation campaigns, spraying campaigns and food control.
Stressing that the outbreak of watery diarrhea (cholera) has clearly started to decline, adding that the biggest challenge is how to maintain this level until the locality affected by this outbreak reaches the recovery stage, if it There are no patients with this disease.
Emphasizing that health is everyone's business

In this context, the representative of the State Ministry of Health, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Naim, Director of State Preventive Medicine, spoke.
He stressed that health is the responsibility of every citizen and that prevention must be done, explaining that with the campaign there are no vectors and that the success of the campaign comes from the solidarity of neighborhood committees and of all citizens in transporting waste to landfills until all vectors are present. are defeated, wishing health and safety for all.
