The farmers' representative appealed to the governor, the state, the Ministry of Agriculture and the director of agricultural inputs, telling them that the rate for plowing the land is very expensive and exhausts the farmers, and that it be revised again so that small farmers can prepare for farming, because the price of preparation with the tractors has been set at 45,000, which is a high price and inconveniences the farmers.
