Shendi: Coordination and partnerships to expand the circle of technical education

Dean of Shindi College of Technology, Sudan Technical University, Dr. Mustafa Babiker, highlighted the importance of technical education in Sudan and its major role in the construction and reconstruction phase, especially in the period post-war.

The Dean of Shindi Technical College said during his meeting in his college office with Director of Shindi Youth and Sports Department Muzammil Sayed Ahmed Abdel Rahman and Director of Shindi Youth Center Tariq Abdel Jalil, he said that technical education must expand its scope in its geographical area and in its professional and technical specializations.

Dr. Mustafa Babiker announced that Shendi Technical College has introduced new specializations to keep pace with development and meet the needs of the labor market.

Director of the Youth Sports Department in Shindi, Muzammil, Syed Ahmed Abdel Rahman, called for corporate coordination and regulation between institutions working in technical education and authorities responsible for youth, opening training areas in various specializations, especially relatively new specializations in the field of electronics, automated testing and others.

He said the meeting followed the directives of Nile Governor Dr. Mohamed Al-Badawi Abdel-Majed during the Nile State government meeting held recently in Shendi locality.

The Director of the Department of Youth and Sports of Shindi indicated that the objective of this meeting is to expand the circle of technical education in the locality and in the State by creating partnerships with the competent authorities, and as part of offering young people careers and professions that will help them experience life on its different paths.

Director of Shindi Youth Center Tariq Abdel-Jalil said the center is open to all types of training and the partnership with Sudan Technical University and Shindi Technical College opens new areas of training with excellent technical capabilities available at Shindi. Technical college.

Both parties agreed on the results of this meeting and to immediately begin implementing it according to the needs and desires of young people.
