Health insurance launches free clinics for returnees in Blue Nile

Aware of the principle of social responsibility towards the vulnerable sections of society, the National Health Insurance Fund has launched a free clinic for returnees in the returnee camp of the Aroma district in Damazin, which is implemented by the branch with the support from the Caisse presidency. The inauguration took place in the presence of the Minister of Health, the Director General and a number of health departments, in addition to the director and branch departments.

Mr. Gamal Nasser, Minister of Health, expressed his appreciation for the efforts of health insurance and the ongoing movement to reduce the burden on citizens, calling on organizations working in the field of health in the region to implement implement such projects that will positively serve the citizen.

Dr. Mustafa Jabrallah, Director General of the Ministry of Health, highlighted the great twinning between the Ministry of Health and health insurance, as health insurance projects represent a real complement to health programs in the region. He pointed out that a large number of returnees are infected with malaria, requiring greater efforts to provide beds and spray the area to control disease vectors.

For her part, Dr. Thuraya Abbas, director of the branch in charge, explained that the project is part of the project to cover returnees by targeting (70,000) families demographically in cooperation with the Voluntary Return Commission for returnees and displaced persons from the region. , and in terms of services in cooperation with the region's Ministry of Health, indicating that the project of free clinics for returnees enjoys the support of the director. The Fund targets returnees in the governorates of Damazin, Bao and Dalmahi.

Dr. Ibrahim Ahmed Fudouli, Director of the Health Services Department in charge of the branch, expressed his gratitude to the Director General of the Fund for his support for the free clinic file, which includes the establishment of free clinics in a number of governorates during the coming period, highlighting the need of returnees for this service.

Mr. Hamid Aloum Hajanah, the region's representative, expressed his gratitude to the clinic officials, hoping that more efforts will be made to establish a health center in the region to help the population receive medical services.
