Among the proposed solutions is carrying out a comprehensive assessment of all Sudanese schools in Egypt to determine the extent to which they meet the required educational standards and to determine the causes of the problems they face. Based on the evaluation results, a clear solution is established. A reform plan must be developed that specifies the procedures necessary to resolve these problems, and the timetable for implementing these procedures must be determined.
