Director of North Kordofan Revenue Development Authority begins first inspection tour of branches of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and Al-Obeid Hospital
The Director General of North Kordofan State Development and Revenue Collection Authority, Mr. Hashim Bashir Abdul Qadir Oli, started his inspection visit to the branches of Obstetrics Hospital and gynecology and Al-Obeid Hospital, accompanied by Ms. Ruqaya Muhammad Rajab. , Director of the Human and Financial Resources Department, Mr. Muhammad Taha Al-Nour, Director of the Collection Operations Department, and others.
In this context, the delegation listened to a detailed report presented by the branch director, Mr. Muhammad Ali Haren, in which he discussed the strengths and weaknesses.
Haren said the obstetrics and gynecology hospital had to activate the ultrasound machine throughout the day rather than during the clinical consultation period, which lasts a maximum of four hours a day. Haren added that we also need to activate the hormone testing device. it's present in the hospital, but it doesn't work.
Haren also called for operating the laparoscopic device so that women's health service is available at reasonable prices and income increases at that time.
Haren said that sometimes the comprehensive blood testing machine shuts down for a period of four days or more, resulting in the loss of guaranteed revenues that accrue to the private sector.
For his part, the head of the hospital's fiscal apparatus support committee and director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Dr. Hassan Abkar Ahmed, said that the hospital has problems represented by the deduction by the Ministry of Health of a percentage (10%) of total revenue after deduction of the percentage of the fiscal apparatus, he added, “we believe that the deduction of the percentage of the apparatus is sufficient He said that the delay in the procedures for receiving the amount from the Ministry of Health and the incomplete arrival at the hospital are causing a delay. decline in service which causes us to lose revenue.
Abkar explained that the decommissioning of blood testing devices is sometimes due to the unavailability of solutions or their unsuitability for use. He added that war conditions, the siege imposed on Al-Obeid and the long journey to transport medical solutions are determining factors. a direct cause of the lack of medical services. Hassan Abkar added that the hormonal device is available and we will work to make it work and provide solutions so that hormonal tests are available in the hospital, as well as the endoscopic device, and we will work to maintain it.
For his part, Ruqaya Rajab said that the new approach to income development is a flexible method to deal with service seekers, which is why a circular will be issued to be collected through the Bankak application, and the concept of governance and e-government is applied.
For his part, Hachem said that this meeting was very fruitful as it identified many weak points that need to be resolved and developed the strengths to achieve from the beginning an integrated vision aimed at improving performance in delivery. medical services.
