The commander of the customs forces indicated the creation of an economic committee to resolve the problems of personal importation by people who work without a commercial register, and that the committee was sensitive to the need to oblige all importers to work with specific permits, promoting the role of the media in awareness and guidance.
Salah stressed that the workshop on customs smuggling will be held the day after tomorrow, Tuesday, under the slogan “Smuggling is a betrayal of the homeland and a destruction of the economy”, which will discuss three working documents with the aim to develop the fight against smuggling. , diagnosing the current situation, identifying developments and having a clear vision, saying: – Customs crime affects the State and its economy.
