As part of his activity and communication with state leaders, Mr. Abdullah Yahya Rassas, member of the Sovereignty Council, met with the coordination delegation of the Ta'isha tribe internally and abroad. outside the country, led by Mayor Abdel Moneim Ambdi. The delegation confirmed that the tribe stands with the armed and joint forces, security agencies and people mobilized in the Karama battle, and stands in solidarity.
Some of the civilian leaders of the Rapid Support Militia do not represent the broad base of the tribe, which is spread even outside Darfur in various regions of Sudan, such as Al-Jabalin in White Nile State, Al-Ramash, Abu Naama, Sinja. , and a number of regions in the State of Sennar… and Al-Shawak and Rumaila in the State of Gedaref and other regions, where the delegation includes a number of representatives of the tribe in various States.
The delegation praised the national position chosen by the joint forces as they aligned with the armed forces and provided many martyrs and wounded, and their strong position in El Fasher protected Darfur from falling.
For his part, Mr. Abdullah Yahya Rassas, member of the Sovereignty Council, indicated this position, and that it is not strange for a tribe which offered many martyrs to Karari and Umm Debikrat and which contributed to the Sudanese state since ancient times.
