The North and its neighboring states must remain united within the state. in the face of these rumors, which are considered one of the weapons used by the enemy after having defeated him in all the areas under his control, after the psychological impact he suffered from these successive defeats and the firmness of our forces participating in the War for Dignity with great professionalism, confidence and consistency.
The purpose of spreading a rumor is often either to hide a truth based on influencing the psychology of the other party or to gain financial support, or it is of unknown origin and arouses curiosity. Some define it as (cowards spread it). stupid people believe it, and smart people take advantage of it). Spreading rumors has goals and objectives. These objectives vary depending on the objectives of Some of them are profitable (financial), as we mentioned above.
