Khartoum Governor: Europe is more talkative about providing humanitarian aid and the continent is the least supportive of those in need

Khartoum Governor Ahmed Othman Hamza said talks of famine in Khartoum are just allegations and the food situation in the state is very reassuring.

He added in his speech to the Sudanese Journalists Union delegation that Khartoum State is capable of meeting humanitarian needs even if it brings them from the market.

The Khartoum governor referred to countries that have provided humanitarian aid, such as Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, China and others.

He said that Europe is more talkative about providing humanitarian aid, but is less supportive of those in need and always explains that its support comes through international organizations and relevant organizations.
