President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council visits Cairo

Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, today visited Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. In response to an invitation from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to participate in the work of the World Urban Forum.
It is organized by the United Nations Human Settlements Program, in which a number of heads of state and government participate.
He was welcomed at Port Sudan Airport by a member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Mr. Abdullah Yahya, and the Secretary General of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Mohamed Al-Ghali Ali Youssef.
During his visit to Egypt, the President of the Sovereign Council is accompanied by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Hussein Al-Amin, and the Director of the General Intelligence Service, Lieutenant General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal.
