The deputy governor appreciated the role of Khalawi and Masid Sheikh Brir in memorizing the Holy Quran, whose branches extended to White Nile, Shabsha and Omdurman. He also paid tribute to the people of the Samani Sajjada and Sufi orders, stressing that the state welcomes and embraces all the Sudanese people.

His Excellency conveyed the greetings of the Governor, Dr. Muhammad Al-Badawi Abdul Majid, to the participants, emphasizing his great interest in Al-Khalawi and the people of the Quran, wishing that Sheikh Brir's retirement becomes a religious beacon that adorns the region of Kannur.
