Afif and the Afifa Organization under the aegis of Popular Resistance
General Staff M. said: D. Hassan Awad Al-Karim Muhammad, Vice Chairman of the State Popular Resistance, said that the organization “Afif and Afifa” is one of the voluntary organizations the most important which aim to provide social and humanitarian services. and help people affected by economic and social crises.
Mr. Abu Bakr Afifi, Director of the organization, also explained the implementation of a food kitchen project aimed at meeting the needs of displaced people from the east of the island, forced to leave their homes due to difficult living conditions.
Many displaced people from the east of the island face serious economic and social difficulties, leaving them in urgent need of meeting their basic needs, particularly food. The “Food Factory” project responds to this urgent need, as it aims to produce meals with high nutritional value, to distribute free of charge to displaced families, which helps to alleviate their suffering and improve their living conditions. The Afifa charity also works in the field of education and support for productive families, rehabilitating and supporting young people, providing them with decent livelihoods and supporting marriage projects.
