As part of its service and community roles, the Al-Dabbah Locality Chamber of Commerce has continued to support service institutions that benefit citizens. The best example of this is a large project which not only represents a considerable and qualitative improvement in the service. for the citizens of Al-Dabbah locality, but also for neighboring states such as Kordofan and Darfur states, where the Al-Dabbah e-passport center is located, which is being implemented with the support of a large part of the Chamber of Commerce. , where the old civil registry building is maintained by building administrative rooms and offices, purchasing new assets and everything necessary to continue this great work in this area. On the center grounds, where the center director, the vice president of the Chamber of Commerce and the chamber projects director spoke with maintenance workers.
We started discussing with the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Al-Fadel Marghani, saying that we are currently working on maintaining the administrative office after the completion of the work in the waiting room for early completion works. the Director of Passports and Civil Status Authority for the estimated efforts, because the building was subsided and unfit for work, because it needs maintenance and new assets to… He continues his new work, and the Chamber of Commerce took care of all the maintenance work on the building. Then, Mr. Ibrahim Muhammad Al-Hassan, Project Manager at the Chamber of Commerce, continued his speech, adding that the Chamber of Commerce has always helped in the work and maintenance of institutions and service departments that benefit citizens , and we are now at the Civil Status Center in the locality of Al-Dabba, where we are carrying out the last stage, which consists of arranging the room, in which the work is almost completed, and then the civil status will become a fixed center for the issuance of electronic passport after starting the moving bag stage. These works were completed through the efforts of Lt. Col. Musab and the Chamber of Commerce and will be ready for operation early in the new year. If God wills.
The visit was concluded by Police Lieutenant Colonel Musab Badr Al-Din Abdul Rahim, Director of Local Passports of Al-Dabba, where we questioned him in the words in which he said: After being tasked with leading the local passports, the first challenge we faced was in charge of the maintenance of the building, to follow the works because Al-Dabba is no longer the same as before due to the expansion of the city to cause of the war. After that, we thought about creating the fixed center, because we invited the executive director of Al-Dabbah locality and the Chamber of Commerce, who immediately came to inspect the building and what it needed in terms of maintenance and property, and they are committed to all the work of the center until it begins its work. The start was with solar energy, since the room had a number of ten panels, and the interior hall and office were built. the visit of the Director of the State Department of Passports, where he demanded the addition of a new room for electronic devices. The Chamber of Commerce is committed to establishing the new room for the devices. Work began and General Maash Muhammad Al-Wathiq of Osama Daoud Foodstuff Company donated two gas air conditioners, and the center was approved to become a permanent center like Dongola, Halfa and Marwa. We give good news to the citizens of. North Kordofan and North Darfur State that the e-passport issuance center will be ready to operate, God willing, at the beginning of the new year 2025 AD.
