The meeting, which was held today at the temporary headquarters of the Chamber in Omdurman, unanimously approved the statutes of the association. He revealed huge losses for gold traders that have yet to be calculated, saying everything would be compensated after the war ended.

For his part, the Legal Advisor of the House, Iskandar Hamdan Tabidi, said: The approval of the statute and the election of the three officers are considered the first democratic practice of the war.

He revealed that the office will carry out its work in accordance with the statute and send a message to other professional entities to follow the example of the Chamber.

He clarified that the statute aims to regulate the work of goldsmiths and gold dealers in all its forms within the chamber, in addition to establishing regulations and controls regulating the work and ensuring their implementation and safe practice of the work of goldsmiths and gold dealers, and achieve controls and regulations that govern the relations between the chamber and official state agencies, and respect and prevent violations of the statute, applicable laws and directives of the State, in addition to supervising all jewelers and gold dealers who are members of the Chamber, developing. work mechanisms, work-related activities and programs, and applying the principle of good management in accordance with the values ​​of honor and integrity.
