In the village of Al-Saqqa Al-Batlab was born the fighter Mozn Bashir Al-Khader, who amazed the world with her heroism at the age of fourteen. Life in this region was surrounded by challenges, particularly with the continuing war, which imposed harsh conditions on the villagers. One day, while the locals were crossing the Nile on a small boat, tragic events broke out and transformed the course of this ordinary day into a story of sacrifice and heroism.
▫️The boat left the east bank to head towards the other bank, where citizens sought to meet their daily needs. But suddenly the boat was attacked by a group of rebel militias. Shots were fired, injuring the captain of the boat, who lost control. Amid the chaos and anxiety, the cries of women and children grew louder and fears increased that the boat would sink.
▫️While everyone was in panic, Mozn showed incredible courage. Despite her young age, she was immersed in the heart of events and decided to take up rowing. She used her slender hands to adjust the boat's course with maximum effort, seeking to save the lives of the passengers who were in real danger. His eyes were filled with determination, cutting through all the fears around him.
▫️With perseverance and courage, Mozn was able to guide the boat safely to shore, where the passengers reached dry land after a terrifying experience. But the concern did not end there as the injured were transferred to Al-Sarorab Hospital for treatment. It was a tense moment, but Mozn proved that she was not just a little girl, but a true hero in the darkest of times.
▫️If this had not been documented by eyewitnesses, I would have said that this story came from the imagination of a brilliant writer. But Mozn, with his heroism and courage, deserves to be remembered. His heroism should be included in school curricula to be an example for future generations, as Mozn will remain a symbol of courage and bravery in the face of danger and not giving up in the face of difficulties.
