As part of the ongoing preparations for the currency change, a delegation from the National Bank of Omdurman visited the buildings of the Department of Culture and Information and was received by Mr. Babiker Al-Sayed Al-Azraq , director of the department.
This visit aims to shed light on the procedures related to the currency change process and ensure its smooth running through coordination with the relevant authorities, in order to achieve the change objectives and strengthen financial and economic stability.
The delegation highlighted the importance of the role of cultural institutions in raising community awareness of the expected change, which contributes to the success of the process and avoids potential challenges.
The delegation has started the process of opening accounts for administration employees within administrative buildings in order to facilitate the procedures.
