The indicators of the “soft goal” are the end of the bet on military force, a major defection in the rebellion, the coordination movement of the tribes incubating the rebellion to reject the war, the low return on the human replacement of mercenaries from African countries, international pressure on the United Arab Emirates, the expected sanctions against the militias and the dissatisfaction of many international institutions with the documented crimes of rebellion, the influence of Western public opinion on the policies of states towards the people, the emptying of the capital and the island of spoils, the weakness of the mercenaries' combat doctrine and their flight, the lack of sufficient money for the fighters, the decline of weapons and ammunition, the separation of the leaders of Al-Qaeda.

The plan to achieve the “soft goal” brings new faces to the political arena and communicates with Qaht (B) and some other influential national parties and leaders, emptying the Qaht or Taqadum group, attracting civil administrations and tribal leaders, forming a new body for the resistance committees, and for what they themselves call the youth of the December Revolution.

The failure of this potential project is based on the absence of an environment conducive to development, for a number of reasons, including the awareness of the Sudanese people, the impact of the rude attitude towards citizens throughout the war, the emergence of new organizations opposed to this brutal experience and the lack of trust in political parties and elites.

To defeat any hidden project decreed, the popular will must be united, defend the values ​​of loyalty and national belonging, and exert pressure to form a government of independent national competences to rebuild on new foundations a homeland that welcomes all.
