A joint committee to count and pay health insurance contributions for the state public sector
A meeting attended by the Minister of the Federal Government, Muhammad Kartkila, and the Director General of the National Health Insurance Fund, Dr. Farouk Nour Al-Daim, agreed today (Wednesday) to form a tripartite committee between them and the Ministry of Finance to count and pay the contributions of the state public sector to health insurance.
Federal Minister of Government Muhammad Kartkila has stressed the ministry's support for health insurance as an important element of social protection.
The meeting stressed the importance of health insurance for civil servants in wartime.
In turn, the Director General of the National Health Insurance Fund stressed the Fund's willingness to extend health insurance services to all citizens and workers of the State.
Dr. Noor Al-Daim warned for the continuation of health insurance by restoring services in hospitals and health facilities and providing services to displaced people in all states, in addition to implementing additional projects.
