Academic support and psychological support programs launched for Sudanese certificate students in Shindi

Several academic bodies, institutions and cultural initiatives have started implementing academic support and psychological support programs for Sudanese certificate students ahead of the start of exams next Saturday.

The Shindi General Administration of Youth and Sports announced the use of its available capacities to organize this academic support by providing places and teachers to revise all examination materials.

Director of the General Administration of Youth and Sports in Shindi Muzammil Syed Ahmed Abdel Rahman said that it is the duty of the society to open one with those students who take the exams this year under different circumstances than the previous ones.

The Shindi Islamic Culture and Sports Club announced the implementation of the first of these programs in cooperation with Shindi University and secondary school teachers.

The Motivists' Initiative for Psychosocial Support, sponsored by the Shindi General Administration of Youth and Sports, announced the implementation of a number of psychological support programs for Sudanese certificate students, especially those coming from states affected by the war.

Abdel Moneim Mohamed Abdel Moneim, CEO of the Mohafizoun Initiative, said that the initiative has seen success in its programs which it has implemented in a number of shelters before, and with the same scale and the same interest, it will implement psychological support programs for students, focusing on expatriate students.

Several grassroots groups in Shendi expressed solidarity with Sudanese certificate students and provided them with assistance and support during the exam period.

It should be noted that a large number of expatriate students took primary and middle school exams and obtained good results.
