Al-Abyad took the decision to form the Supreme Committee for the treatment and care of the wounded in the battle of Karama in the state
Professor Omar Al-Khalifa Abdullah, Governor of White Nile State, issued Resolution No. Fifty-seven of the year two thousand and twenty-four to form the Supreme Committee for the Treatment and Care of the Wounded in the Battle of Karama in the State.
The decision stipulated the formation of the committee headed by Dr. Al-Zein Saad Adam, Director General of the Ministry of Health and Social Development, the designated minister and the commander of the Arme Medical Hospital as rapporteur, as well as the composition of Dr. Abdullah Abdul Karim Othman, Advisor to the Governor for Health Affairs, Director of State Health Insurance, Director of the Police Hospital, representative of the Ministry of Finance, Economy, Manpower and Intelligence of the general public. the state, the representative of the armed popular resistance in the state, the chairman of the Employers' Union and the chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, in addition to Mr. Fadl Bishri, Mr. Ahmed Khalifa Ahmed and Mr. Behairy Ibrahim Abdullah, are members.
The decision specifies the tasks and powers of the committee to provide all medicines and drugs related to the treatment and care of the wounded in the Battle of Karama, in addition to providing all diagnostic examinations and requirements for performing surgical, orthopedic and eye operations, in addition to rehabilitating the surgical operating room, medical devices and equipment, and calling on specialists who are not available at the hospital to cover surgical operations. Providing appropriate food for the wounded during operations, while recommending and making necessary arrangements. regarding cases requiring treatment abroad, while obliging the committee to submit a monthly periodic report to the governor, while giving him the right to request assistance from anyone he deems appropriate.
