Al-Abyad University Hospital has faced many challenges, problems and difficulties in providing services to citizens.
These problems have their own causes and circumstances that often lead to the termination of service, especially in the basic sector of the medical service, the sector of doctors, which lacks many supports that enable it to fulfill its role in the required manner, especially regarding the work environment and the enriching return, and this is the main reason why doctors and executives turn to private institutions in the sector to escape the public hospital and the projections of job seekers frustrated services.
A number of workshops and experts in the field have come to the conclusion that the fundamental problem of the university hospital is an administrative problem.
Manage financial resources, manage human resources and above all manage therapeutic institutions, with a methodology and a roadmap that neither accepts nor tolerates deviations, with the availability of executive support and the will and management of change and development.
The management of Al-Obeid University Hospital will remain a concern of the state government and the Ministry of Health unless it deviates from its standards and creates mechanisms, understandings and partnerships.
To cross this building, it is fortunate that Dr. Muzammil Ahmed Al-Safi, Director General of the Hospital, newly assigned to this administration, has rich practical experiences, a willingness to lead work teams, enthusiasm and a desire to give, and also among the positives there is the interaction and position of the workers and the support of the ministry. The results were achieved in two months, providing replacement gas for the generator… The good ones.
He paid for 100 oxygen cylinders and, according to the needs of the hospital, the ophthalmology department, the radiology department and the nursery were equipped and operated. The new orthopedic surgery and private division are also being prepared. coordination with the Zakat office to provide subsidized meals with the aim of stabilizing workers.
This great effort is the result of an ambitious administrative school which we hope will find the support and assistance of the State Government, the Ministry of Health, previous administrative experiences, international and national organizations, philanthropists and society.
