Al-Burhan arrives in Cairo on official visit to discuss bilateral relations with Egypt

Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, arrived in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, today for a one-day official visit.
He was received at Cairo International Airport by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
The two sides are expected to hold joint discussions on ways to promote and develop bilateral relations and advance prospects for joint cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council is accompanied during this visit by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Muawiyah Othman Khaled, and the Director of the General Intelligence Service, Lieutenant General Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal.
