Al-Dabba executive inaugurates locality's first cultural forum, confirms sponsorship of creators

Al-Dabba locality in the Northern State, in coordination with the Department of Culture and Information and in cooperation with the Department of Youth and Sports of the Crèche du Nile, organized today, Saturday November 16 of this year 2024 AD (the inauguration of the Cultural Forum) in the locality under the slogan (My Homeland)
With the honor and generous care of the Executive Director of Al-Dabba locality, Mr. Mohamed Saber Mohamed Ahmed Kashkesh, and in the presence of the Media Director, Mr. Khaled Abdullah, the Director of Culture and Radio Al-Wadi, Mr. Abdel-Hay Karrar, the Director of Youth and Sports, Mr. Abdel-Moneim Hamdok, and the participation of the professor of drama and radio, Mr. Ahmed Al-Bakri, the representative of the popular resistance, Mr. Tariq, and the representative of the Chamber of Commerce, Professor Mohamed Othman Saeed Al-Harqi, the Coude du Nil Cultural Association, some representatives of the Forum of Experts and a certain number of local creators .
For his part, the executive director of the locality of Al-Dabba, Mr. Muhammad Saber, expressed his joy at witnessing the first start of the cultural forum and its inauguration.
His Excellency praised the Department of Culture, Media, Youth and Sports of the locality and the experts of Al-Dabbah who worked to organize and well prepare this well-known cultural day in the locality.
Saber added that our message through this forum to all people of creativity, art and culture and to all creative people in the locality is that we are ready to sponsor all their creative programs, each of them offering what he can to his country at a time when we need all the efforts and work provided by the inhabitants of the locality.
Saber said the Al-Dabbah locality is rich in culture, art and creativity.
He thanked the participants of the forum and expressed his admiration for what was presented on the platform, where he described the works presented as wonderful and that they embodied the high national spirit.
On the sidelines of his speech, His Excellency noted their interest in the winter season in the locality and recommended to the inhabitants of the locality the need to promote agriculture, especially in the circumstances that the country is going through, where one hand bears arms and there others are planted for the reconstruction of the country.
It is worth noting that the forum included various segments of singing, poetry and drama, where the creative artist Muhammad Ahmed Al-Muslim, known as Bud Ahmed, shone with the song (Khartoum Awafi Salam) and the song (One army, one people). ).
Poet Adam Atta Al-Mannan Al-Karib also participated with resonant poetic words that sparked enthusiasm. The Bend of the Nile cultural association also participated in a play called (The Homeland is the Dearest).
Actors Ali Bilal, Zainab Abdel Razek, Abdel Hafeez and Laila Ziadeh participated.
As usual, artist Tariq Mahjoub shone with patriotic songs.
A dialogue session was moderated by Mr. Nasr Al-Din Al-Aqabi between the official side, represented by the local youth and sports director, Mr. Abdel Moneim Hamdok, and the popular side, represented by Mr. . Al-Harith. Al-Amin.
Creative artist Mohamed Ahmed (Al-Kursti) also participated, with the distinguished participation of journalist, Mr. Suleiman Gouda, in the media presentation.
It should be noted that the forum received the approval and satisfaction of the participants, who highlighted the need for communication during such cultural events, emphasizing their desire to serve the locality and thanking the Executive Director of Al Locality -Dabbah for sponsoring such events which are keen to promote creativity and culture.
