From inside the celebration building of the complex, Sheikha Fatima spoke and said that despite some special circumstances and difficulties that we faced, which led to the cessation of work on completing the construction of the structure of this important health complex. A few years ago I pointed out that the effort put in by the people of Nufra and the right people to make it happen could not be underestimated. Sheikha Fatima continued by saying: “Thanks to God Almighty and his help, and thanks to the good people whom God has subjugated to do good deeds, it has been opened so that the works can begin,” and she added this dedication.
