Al -Tayeb, the master of the master. Director of the National Center for the Combat mine, denies this new

The director of the National Center for Mine Control in Sudan denied the authenticity of what is broadcast on social media and media platforms on the declaration of the city of “Madani”, the capital of the state of AL- Jazeera, without mines and remains of war. The Center said that purification operations were still underway, in cooperation with state engineers, to ensure safe performance and civil security.

A press release published by the Center today said that “what is published on the completion of the abolition of mines in an inaccurate civil city”, noting that the technical teams will work booming to study the polluted areas, with the Support of the local and international partner, emphasizing the most risky residential and agricultural areas. The press release also stressed that “the work has not yet been completed, and it is not recommended to return to areas suspected of pollution only after an official opinion”.

The press release added that efforts to educate the risks of mines and the remains of war are carried out in parallel with elimination operations, as intense educational campaigns are organized for state residents, in particular in rural areas, to avoid accidents. The center called on citizens to “cooperate with the working group, not to be trained in unofficial news, and immediately report suspicious organizations through the designated channels”.

It should be noted that the state of Al-Jazeera suffers from generalized pollution due to the battles in which it threatens the lives of thousands of civilians and obstructs development efforts. The center warns that “rush to declare safe areas without professional standards can endanger lives”.
