An important message in the mail of professors from Sudanese universities ✍️ Professor: Fikri Kabbashi, Al-Amin Al-Arabi

I'm reposting this message and I already sent it a year ago. My sincere congratulations to all members of the Sudanese people on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. May Almighty God accept good deeds and all obedience from us and you. May God bless our country with the preservation of security, safety, stability and peace, once the crisis subsides and this cursed war is over, we must enjoy its results as a harsh and bitter experience for for which all the Sudanese people paid the price. This is why I believe this is a good opportunity for the coming change to be real and fundamental and potentially harmful and beneficial. Perhaps this cursed war will be a turning point in the history of the Sudanese people, which will be followed by reconstruction. build and achieve a global renaissance, and as I believe one of the most important results of this damn war is to provoke the silent majority and those sitting on the sidewalk of unaffiliated Sudanese academics, professionals and experts, especially faculty members of universities and all higher education institutions. But what I fear, based on my observations, is that the same previous experience in the dialogue of the deaf will be repeated due to the practice of high selectivity, deliberate exclusion, monopolization of the dialogue in a narrow circle and the repetition of what resulted. in a distorted manner, represented by the defective and perforated constitutional document. It is of no use if we do not benefit from the bitter experience and the bloodshed it left and to which the loss of joys, lives and property applies. us: Stupidity is doing the same thing twice in the same way and with the same steps and expecting different results, as if you, O Abzaid, had never conquered.

He made it clear to all, with insight and wisdom, that Sudan, in its current situation, lacks creative national leaders, devoid of self-interest and self-esteem. I believe one of the most important reasons for this is exclusion from universities. and higher education institutions in the scene, while UNESCO and all developed and developing countries. For advancement, it was agreed that universities have three important objectives, which are (teaching, scientific research and community service), and therefore universities are considered the main institutions in the processes of change, considering the subject of higher studies and scientific research. Perhaps one of the most important, clearest and most striking paradoxes is that the conscience of the Sudanese people is greater than that of those who have appointed themselves as leaders. We therefore see a huge difference in the level of political discourse, as well as in behavior. ordinary citizens who do not belong to political parties. The successive and continuous escalation and tensions that resulted in this accursed war, the price of which was generally paid by the people, which may lead to the collapse of the transitional regime and perhaps its complete collapse. the collapse of the state and its fragmentation before reaching the stage of elections, and then there will be no point in crying over spilled milk. I believe that honest national forces who believe in the people's problems, far from personal gain, should be led by. professors of higher learning institutions in Sudan to take the lead in leading events and lead the country towards security, but if those in control insist on continuing with the same twisted approach, they will inevitably bring events to an end with undesirable consequences. whether they realize it or not…

It is very important to note that the mere announcement of a government of technocrats is not the ultimate goal after which happiness will flow and economic crises will disappear. Rather, it must be preceded by concrete plans for programs and investment projects aimed at exploiting available resources. by attracting external financing and foreign capital, Sudan is characterized by unprecedented wealth, whether in cultural, social and ethnic diversity or in the multiplicity of resources, both material and human, and all the components of the renaissance, including the distinguished geographical location. I believe that in the absence of an overall national plan, even if the government is made up of technocrats, the situation will not change unless what is specifically required of ministers is determined to be carried out and then establish standards for selecting responsible officials. to determine who was appropriate for each specialty. The transition period lasted four years in chaos, and the result was a damn war that wiped out everything that was green and dry, and the situation went from bad to worse. and wisdom that Sudan, in its current state, lacks… For creative and creative national leaders lacking self-esteem and self-esteem, I believe one of the most important reasons is the exclusion. universities and higher education institutions are considered major institutions in the processes of change, development, growth and progress, and universities and higher education institutions are the most capable and worthy of fulfilling this role. and the infrastructure it has as well as the national frameworks and skills it includes with distinguished expertise recognized globally, as well as in the perspective of global studies, scientific research, development and cultural and industrial changes, which are based on scientific bases. research and the great capacity to exploit its results to develop an overall strategic plan. For the State of Sudan, it goes without saying that you do not have a plan as a country to exploit the material resources available in the ground, such as minerals and minerals. water reserves, and on the Earth's surface, including flat agricultural lands, freshwater rivers, enormous amounts of rainwater and distinguished human resources like a workforce represented in the annual productions of universities, you will inevitably be in the different specializations. be part of the strategic plans of countries less prestigious than yours and which may be small states devoid of history and civilizational and cultural dimensions.
