An intensive workshop to develop an integrated strategic plan for the Ministry of Culture and Information to achieve the Nile Vision 2025

The General Secretariat of the Supreme State Strategic Planning Council organized an intensive workshop for the Ministry of Culture and Information, with the aim of developing a comprehensive and ambitious work plan for the year 2025.
The workshop was chaired by Mr. Abudjanah Majzoub, Director of the General Administration of Financial and Administrative Affairs at the Ministry of Culture, Information and Communications, in the presence of Ms. Omaima Al-Madani Al-Faki, Secretary General of the Supreme Court. State Strategic Planning Council, as well as a number of council officers, department directors and ministry staff.
Mr. Abudjana Majzoub highlighted the importance of this workshop in developing a strategic plan for the ministry that contributes to strengthening the social fabric and coping with the negative effects of the war imposed on Sudan. He praised the major role played by the Supreme Council for Strategic Planning in supporting the ministry's efforts.
For her part, Professor Omaima Al-Madani Al-Faki confirmed that the workshop is part of the Council's efforts to prepare a comprehensive plan for the State taking into account the urgent needs of citizens in light current circumstances. She stressed the importance of concerted efforts to develop a comprehensive plan that meets ambitions.
Professor Omaima highlighted the central role of the media at this stage, calling for focusing on the negative and promoting the positive. She stressed the importance of media in announcing state projects and plans and mobilizing enthusiasm.
In turn, Mr. Malek Shams El-Din, Director of the Planning Department at the Ministry of Culture and Information, confirmed the ministry's desire to develop an ambitious plan that meets the aspirations of citizens. He praised the efforts of the Supreme Strategic Planning Council in organizing this workshop.
Dr Sarah Ali Fadl, trainer of the workshop, indicated that the workshop focused on determining the current situation of the Ministry of Culture and Information and identifying its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. She confirmed that the workshop resulted in clear recommendations and vision on the ministry's contribution to achieving the objectives of the 2025 plan.
The workshop witnessed in-depth discussions among the participants on various aspects related to the action plan. Participants highlighted the importance of cooperation and coordination among different stakeholders to achieve the desired success.
