When we talk about it, we talk about the services it provides. very important in respecting the customer and preserving it in terms of high-end service and its providers in form and content, but I regret today to talk about the Bank of Khartoum, in my state and district branch in Damar Al-Majzoub, this is the first time I ask him for services, and I am moved to the land of my ancestors, Al-Majadib, to find something that disturbs me, disturbs the peace of my day and spreads negativity in me despite the beauty of the atmosphere and the autumn of the place, and this made me worry about the person of Damar, who is ready to behave disrespectfully and unfairly because he is a bank customer who needs more treatment than he needs in the context of the situation. cursed war
He waits his turn for long hours, and he appreciates the effort and respects those who made it without protesting or getting angry, which is the case with the Sudanese who have not shown many years of patience with governments that have never developed Sudan.
* When you stand at the counter of a bank, the employee receives you with a smile and a welcome that makes you feel that you are the most important and dearest to him, and he serves you with respect without making fun of you, and he does not know who you are except that you are his customer and he must satisfy you, and like other customers, I went to the Bank of Khartoum, Al-Damer branch, because I needed the service of your bank, I did not find a sign to know who should I contact, but I went to the nearest employee and she served me and said: “You will receive a message on your mobile phone with the password for the service”, but she did not specify a time, knowing that this was the case. does not reach me until the moment I write today's corner in which I address one of the most important administrative topics in my opinion from the point of view of my university studies and my previous practical practice in one of the banks.
* I completed my first transaction, which had not yet been executed, and I went to the counter to look for a withdrawal form for about a quarter of an hour, but I could not find it. This is perhaps a behavior that must be changed to change the Sudanese character, which requires many psychological, social and behavioral treatments to build a respectable state based on our beloved Sudan
