Be careful in the middle of the battle… to the attention of the Sudanese Embassy in Egypt sister.. ✍️ M/Helmy Farouk
The Sudanese, who are the home of safety and security, the people of shelter, hospitality, generosity and support to those in distress and need, would never have thought that the situation of their country would be so painful for them to the point of being displaced and other refugees in certain countries… However, their strong faith linked to their qualities of tolerance made their abandonment in the face of this situation “another epic and an aside “. Another of the traits of the battle for dignity and pride that they are fighting and leading. end of which they hope for victory to reestablish and confirm the truth.
Sister Egypt is one of the stations and choices of the Sudanese in this critical period in the life of Sudan and the Sudanese, although Egypt has been the destination of the Sudanese since time immemorial, just as Sudan is in relation to Egypt and the Egyptians. However, during the war period, Egypt received a large number of Sudanese, as is known, which explains the extent of relations. But it is a strong reality between the two countries and their peoples.
This significant presence of Sudanese has made the role of the Sudanese Embassy in Cairo a “growing” and major role that requires “enormous” and precise efforts and “continuous” and skillful work, to meet the extent of requirements and meet needs. and leads us to qualify it as at least as good in the hope of “exemplary performance in the future”. This is what prompted us to write… with the aim of improving it further, pointing out the shortcomings, hoping to overcome the shortcomings, and also recognizing the qualitative efforts made.
His Excellency Ambassador Imad El-Din Mustafa Adawi
He arrived in exceptional circumstances and succeeded a predecessor who thanked him. He began his career amidst rough waves and an atmosphere that required a skilled captain, characterized by strength, wisdom and speed of execution with a mastery he could not tolerate. failures, even less mistakes..!!
Therefore, we know the need for our Embassy team in Cairo to work under these circumstances and challenges, which are certainly not distinct from what the country is facing in general. Rather, what is happening there is reflected in the reality of the embassy's work in Cairo. , in particular the embassy's ability to consolidate relevant relationships that affect the volume of services presented directly..!!
While the ambassador organizes what needs to be organized, the person who comes to the embassy sees the extent of the services provided by his attachés and offices, and realizes the scale of the challenge he faces. .. and recognizes the need for positive communication between the person visiting the walls of the embassy and its employees, expressing “advice and observations, alerting to shortcomings and expressing gratitude for what should be expressed to the embassy and its workers.
A hive contained in this building, whose surface area is limited and cannot accommodate the offices of these active attachés, nor the numerous Sudanese residing in Cairo and other governorates of Egypt.
Despite this, these attachés and offices strive to offer their services.
If we list the efforts of these attachés, your attention will be drawn to the crowd at the door of the medical advisory office of the embassy, which is one of the important offices to evaluate their performance and know their efforts. !!
The particularity of this consulting firm is twofold. The practice stands between the management of its specialty related to medical affairs and what its staff carry, in which they share much: their lack of resourcefulness and their great need in their inability to treat and provide medicine. in living conditions..!!
As we knocked on the door of this chancery, we were greeted by Dr. Khader Faisal Abu Bakr, medical advisor to the embassy, and his concern that troubled him became clear, and this is what many of those who came to his office testified to him that the chancellery has worked hard and given… and even continues to do so, extending to other governorates like Aswan, which has been fortunate to provide medical services there distinguished and easy…! !
The Chancellery believes that the road is long… and that the needs are increasing… and that the search for solutions has not stopped, including those which require movement and a “double” effort which require reflection ” qualitative” outside the usual beaten path with a balance that guarantees better results. One example is the promised commitment to bring Sudanese under the umbrella of health insurance that guarantees their receipt of good treatment services in Egypt.
The Chancellery also did not leave the Sudanese citizen confused and confused in his search for treatment, but rather opened a window for him that connected him directly to the Chancellery, starting with the idea of consulting him on the choice of doctor the most appropriate and best place for hospitalization, and even help him in the procedures related to hospitalization in Egyptian hospitals.
The examples of these efforts and successes of our attachés at our embassy in Egypt announce and give hope for further improvement and control of performance.
Your Excellency, Ambassador, allow me to convey to you the voice of the Sudanese…here and what do they hope…!!!
_ The Sudanese, brother ambassador, hope for a dignified return to the country, whether during the battle or after victory.
_They hope here for a building “the size of their Sudan”.
_ They hope for a service “which will be rendered to them in proportion to their gift and their generosity towards others, and they hope for recognition” of their material situation according to the weight of their pride and the generosity of their modesty.
_ Next, with their demands, His Excellency the Ambassador, I draw your attention to the fact that all Sudanese in Egypt are fully ready to cooperate with you, your embassy and all your attachés (voluntarily). I hear this saying over and over again from everyone…expertise exists in every field, guys. And the young women were born from the love of “all” for the homeland, from their hope of participating in the battle of the homeland within and outside it. , as well as their “exact” appreciation and understanding of the extent of the burdens that the embassy must bear. So create a team of them based on their presence in Egypt, and create for them a “free” platform that connects you with them and them with you, and mobilize the media machine, the “connection” and the “following” and assistance, and open your mind and heart outside your door, and support your country with them and with them.
May God restore the security and safety of the nation, the victory of his army and his dearest people, and grant success to everyone so that they can fulfill their role in a competent manner that deserves thanks and appreciation.
Al-Khazraji..🌴
